We are a clothing manufacturer based in the Philippines serving clients globally. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services and products
We offer apparel manufacturing services including but not limited to: activewear, streetwear, outerwear, sports apparel, and leather apparel. Our services may include private label, ODM (original design manufacturing), and OEM/full custom production. Product availability, minimum order quantities (MOQs), pricing, and lead times are subject to discussion and confirmation per project. The information on this website is for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer until we confirm in writing.
3. Inquiries, quotes, and orders
Contacting us through our website, email, or phone does not create a contract. Quotes and order terms (including price, quantity, delivery, and payment) become binding only when agreed in writing by both parties. You are responsible for providing accurate information for quotes and orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment terms and methods will be specified in your order agreement. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Risk of loss typically passes as agreed in the order (e.g. FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms). You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees in your country.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, logos, images, design) is owned by Alpha Zenith Clothing Company or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. When you provide designs, artwork, or specifications for production, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant us a license to use them for your order. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other events beyond our control).
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active orders, the terms in effect at the time of the order apply unless otherwise agreed.
